CPR & AED training certification can make the difference between life and death during a medical emergency. CPR is performed on victims who are unresponsive and don’t have a pulse. Learning CPR will be to your advantage and build self confidence in saving a life. Rather you are taking a CPR & AED training class for your work or for self preparedness. Our ultimate goal is to make sure when you take our class you can walk away knowing how to save a life.

Adult CPR: (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)
A procedure involving repeated compressions of a person chest performed in an attempt to restore the blood circulation and breathing of a person who has suffered sudden cardiac arrest.
It is a life procedure that is done when a child’s breathing or heartbeat has stopped. This may happen after drowning, suffocation, chocking or an injury. It is important to recognize and react to the signs of a child in distress before it leads to cardiac arrest.
When there is no response and no breathing or the infant is not breathing normally. Cardiac arrest usually results from respiratory arrest. Respiratory arrest in infants includes, choking, injury, Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS), and respiratory illness.
This is a portable device that checks the heart rhythm and can send an electric shock to the heat to try and restore a normal rhythm. AED’S are used to treat sudden cardiac arrest.
